How Much Extra For a Mister Gutsy?

A real estate developer in Barstow, CA has collected deposits for over 60 rooms in a 132 room nuclear bunker, complete with recreational and penal facilities. A whopping $50,000 gets you a space in a four person bunk room, with ten percent down needed to reserve a bed (five percent for children). Pets are free, although there’s nothing to indicate where the definition of “pet” ends and “health hazard” begins; if an average family of four has one pet, that’s over 130 pets in a 13,000 square foot pen,  which begs the question – where does the poop go?

The irony of it all is, of course, that if the predictions of the end of the civilized world come to pass because of the end of the Mayan calendar, his millions that he’s accumulating now won’t be worth much of anything.

Anyway, clearly this is a page taken out of Fallout canon. I hope I pass the G.O.A.T!
